Empress Porridge

Food portion is good. It does not repeat dishes often. Its good most of the time.
Food arrive warm. Ordered from them for many months..
However, the customer service not very responsive and prompt in replying. And not willing to explain further. Its a one word reply kind. It gets annoying.

Food is ok. Given the premium price, i think the value is so so as the food are reasonably okay only.

First time ordering and was surprised by the unique dishes. Though it’s a tad expensive for a family.

I include once a week kid meal with was popular with my kid. The kid meal are well designed. Repeat order as my family like this caterer. Food are kept warm in the Thermal bag and they will update us the menu through what's app. Overall , it is convenient. Could be better if they consider using environmental friendly disposable containers. Thanks.

Food and service are superb. Food very delicious. And they have kids meal. My family loves this caterer a lot. Food not salty, not thirsty after consuming as well. Food taste very on point. Service also super on point. Very clear with what's on their menu each week. The food is never on repeat mode. They put in a lot of effort in preparing their dishes. Pricing could be a little expensive if compare to others, I paid for the nice food and superb service. Please try ordering from them.

The lunch bentos from Empress Porridge look and taste great! No msg, fresh ingredients (some providers simply heat up frozen prepared food items), a lot of variety (check out my photos), food comes in reusable warmer bag. Over the past few months, I tried a few tingkat providers, and none were satisfactory. Empress Porridge is totally one level higher. I strongly recommend!

Started subscribing during COVID and resubscribed this year. The standard is maintained, better and very delightful!

My teenage boy and 22 year old look forward to dinner these days, including my hubby.

The dinners have been well balanced in nutrition, taste and creativity. The food gets delivered between 4 to 4.30pm to my place and the food temperature has been just right by dinner time, around 7pm. Weekly menus were clearly WhatsApped to us which is helpful.

Overall a good experience for trial 8 days dinner menu. Food was delivered in a thermal bag, will be good to use sustainable foodware. Price acceptable , great variety, no repeat
