Very disappointed in the food and makeup service

Day 1: received a dish supposed to be mixed with sliced meat but no meat was served. Soup tasted sour too - corn lotus soup
Feedback to the merchant and they said they will add a dish the next day to make up for the mistake
Makeup dish was 2 pcs of chicken wings

Most days, food delivered is cool even on delivery
It was not packed in any warmer bag either

There was also one day when one of the meat dish was in a bad condition and it was informed by SMS. I received a fully vegetarian dish which was really inedible. Really disappointing

Our of 10 days, only 1 day the food portion and taste was acceptable

This is our first time ordering from this premium menu. Honestly speaking it is totally not worth the price. I have heard people say their soup is nice but our whole family dislike it, taste like tzechar type of soup. The ingredients used are not premium too.

The food was very bland, almost tasteless for some dishes. Vegetables always overcooked and does not look appetising at all. Portion is quite generous though. I like the variety as its not always 3 dishes 1 soup. If they could improve the taste, I may reconsider.

The food is very lousy and with the premium price paid for so called non msg food, its really over rated and not worth it. Regretted ordering for 20 days and suffering for eating such food. Its really depressing. The vegetables were always bitter and tasteless. The food keep repeating over a few days, and taste is not up to standard. There was Prawns which were mushy and pork meat tasted sour which we dare not eat, not wanting to risk food poisoning. Also, there is this one time we received 2 sets of the same dishes - curry pork. I wonder if they over order their ingredients or poor planning of cooking menu. For the price of 517 for 20 days of food of 2 pax, we definitely expect much better or at least some edible food, not spoilt food. Unacceptable food, most of the times, we have to takeaway other food or order delivery as the food is really cannot make it. This defeats our purpose of ordering tingkat. Worse tingkat I ever order over this 2 years.

Dinner always arrived at 2:45pm.
Need somebody to bring in the dishes n keep in fridge to reheat upon eating again.
The veg were always bitter n stinky. So we named it Funky Veg for a month. Meat is hard all the time. And potatoes were always uncooked. Even when feedback to them, they say thats their style of cooking.

For the premium price of $13/pax/meal paid for this supposedly healthy tingkat, all I got was ordinary dishes one can get from Economical Mixed Veg rice stall. At least I can still choose and get better veg dishes whereas the tingkat's veg on most days were either discolored and tasted raw, or simply not what kids would like. Dishes were repetitive and seemed geared towards elderly's preferences. Every week there's egg tofu and braised chicken.
Though portion was decent, didn't help that the food was bad and most ended up into garbage.
My dinner was delivered daily at 3pm!!! Someone had to be home, bring the food in to refrigerate and re-heat later. If not, most dishes will just turn bad. What's the point of ordering tingkat if you have to reheat all the dishes on pans and pots and wash all the dishes???
If there's one saving grace that deserves the only 1 star, that'll be the soup. Best among all the caterers I've tried. But that doesn't justify the price. I rather take my money and buy Tze Char. For $13/pax for dinner... there's so much more choices. Don't waste your money, time and effort.

Service was bad. Caterer agreed Everything OK before payment. Once payment made this cannot that cannot. Will not recommend to you and will not proceed with this caterer. Nothing fancy about the food with the price they quote just because no processed food. Delivery was way too early. Food reached my place around 3.30pm.

Normal dishes, portion is generous. Taste normal, the soup has smell suspecting due to the paper container.

Some of dishes tasted weird as they might have turned bad since the deliveries were quite early. Will not go for renewal.
