Tingkat Services is only served from Monday to Friday. No delivery on Public Holidays, Saturdays/Sundays. No delivery charge.

No delivery Hotel.

No Lunch for East, North Side , Bukit Panjang and Chua Chu Kang and Bayfront side.

Delivery time – Lunch: 9.00am to 1.30pm & Dinner: 3pm to 7pm.

Additional surcharge of $1 per meal (w/GST $1.09) only when ERP is applicable.

Kindly note that Fong Fu will be charging condo fees ($21.80 W/GST) to doorstep delivery for new and current customers

Due to condominium rules & regulations, we will apply additional $20.00 ($21.80 w/GST) charges for condominium customer.

Tingkat Cancellation Policy:

No refund will be given for early cancellation or termination of order before the date of expiry.

For cancellation of order before the starting date, has to be notified at least 3 working days in advance (exclude Public Holidays).
