Fong Fu Food Catering

I feedback to them that my soup is spoil and there is no response. Very lousy customer service especially the one who holding the what’sapp person. Food is average, but service sucks. I order dinner but the food come at 2pm so by the time we had our dinner 7pm. The soup and the vege usually spoil. Then I did request change to lunch but they not allow. Just told me the reason that they don’t have slot for lunch. Mean I can’t order lunch for them? Funny and stupid reason.

Service is good, the delivery guy is friendly.
Sometime the food is warm when eaten.
I feel the foods just so so only, it can be better. jiayou.

Food wasn't attractive, delivery was usually very late, sometimes past 7pm. Overcooked and bitter tasting vegetables. Found a little maggot in one of our vegetable dish one day.

Delivery is 1-1/2 hour late and food is cold. Totally no response upon contacting the caterer even send message to them. None of the dish is nice and the portion is very little, not enough for 6 pax. I will not order from this caterer anymore and also will not recommend to any of my friends and relatives.

Soup is below expectation. There were few times the rider delivered food to wrong place. The customer service can be better

Food is delivered cold to me at 9am. Have feedback multiple times but there is no change. Same vegetable was also given for the same few days.

Food is okay and can be better if they were less oily. Sometime, there were repeated dishes within the same week.

The portion was little and the price we paid can get better from normal food centre.

Overall, will not go back to this caterer.

Most of the food is salty, not as what it’s stated on their website that there’s no msg added! And at times, the food is not delivered according to the menu.

1st day of my Tingkat, they didn't give up to 3 portion. I ordered 3 pax but definitely less than 3 pax. I had to cook an extra dish. I called up and they said it was a correct portion and they said the kitchen had a lot of orders that day.
2nd, it's always towards 7pm. There was once my Tingkat arrived at 7.30pm. Again, they said the kitchen was very busy and delayed their delivery time.
Food wise is so so only. With so many Tingkats to choose now, it's not worth to order from them again. I used to give good comment for the Tingkat that I've ordered so far. I've to leave an honest review to Fong Fu.
