Fong Fu Food Catering

Food was good & tasty and the portion was enough for 2 person. The only issue is that 80% of the time, one of the dishes will be fried which we do not really like.

So far very satisfied with the consistent taste and lunch delivery time, which has improved from initially 1pm to 12+pm. Hence I've renewed for the 3rd time.

I also like dish variety that many other caterers lack, such as recent braised duck, prawn roll, salted egg fried sliced lotus roots.

Appreciate the flexibility to deliver only on Mon, Wed, and Fri for WFH arragements. Also, caterer allowed the change of the 4th dish from fried to vegetables category.

Caterer was responsive and nice... allowed us to change from 3 dishes + soup to 4 dishes instead. Highly recommended for 4 dishes as the food was valued for money, however need to improve on the soup quailty as it’s bland like plain water and not flavourful at all.

Happy with the food, not salty and taste is to our likings. Overall is great. Deliver around 4pm. Soup is blend so switched to 4 dishes instead. Just renewed 20D..........

We have been depending on this tingkat dinner caterers for couple of month already.
After trying various tingkat dinner caterers, we settled down to one for and decided to go for a change. There are so many caterers out there but when our relative recommended us to try Fong Fu tingkat dinner, we straightaway signed on for the 20-day dinner delivery and have already renewed a few rounds. We like the food and the delivery time is suitable for us. The service is courteous and they do consider our request for not eating particular food.

Food generally okay. Can try. Delivery was on time. So far, not much repetitive food over the 10 days I tried.

Food are delicious and is my 3rd order. Will continue with this caterer and will recommend to my friends and relatives.

Food turned average from the first time I ordered. The vegetables had bugs in them, pumpkin not skinned properly, pig skin had hair on it, soup was very diluted though the portion was huge. Some creations of their dishes were rather weird too. Like fried battered fish with curry. It's like they were trying to experiment with food.
Somehow, each time after eating, my whole family feels very gassy. Which was not the case when we tried other tingkats.
Service team was not reachable after 4pm so if anything goes wrong with your dinner tingkat, there is no "service provided" till noon the next day. Most of deliveries came after 6pm which is acceptable.

Food portion is good. Food arrived after 6pm on the first day or order but it was delivered earlier upon request. Very nice of the caterer to accomodate.
