Fong Fu Food Catering

Repeated order from this caterer. Sometime the portion is good, sometime is too little for 2 pax. Sometime the delivery can be after 7pm.

I am a repeat customer but delivery arrived much later past 5pm this round. I was not aware of the change in timing and thought our order was missed out. Fortunately, the admin support was good so we did not need to make other arrangement on the first day of the new order.

Overall not a good experience. On the first day, rice was delivered for 1 pax although I ordered 2 paxs. Customer service replied the second day and refunded me 0.8dollar. There was oil in the plastic bag and dripped to the floor. The taste was cai fan level but more costly.

The tingkat meals are consistently delicious and comforting, with generous portions and flavors that feel like home-cooked food.

Fong Fu is a reliable vendor and serves quality food which suits our family. we used different operators and find that Fong Fu is value for money!!!

The food is quite decent and healthy as it is not too salty and too sweet to be consumed. Would recommend to others. However, we would preferred if the delivery timing can be around 4+ pm instead.

There were few days we got our dinner almost 7:30pm, has been calling them several time to complain about that. They did improve the service after that, hopefully this not happen again next time.

Generally good, but with some room for improvement. The food was ok, but I think a little more variety would be good.

Repeating orders as the dishes were cooked not so salty and oily portions were enough for my family.

Fongfu's packing is neat and tidy (no soup spillage), delivery time is punctual, and reliable (so far no instances of missed delivery).
