Fong Fu Food Catering

We order for 2 person dinner plan with rice and 3 side dishes and 1 soup for 20 days.

Generally, the price i paid is slightly higher than previous tingkat supplier but the 3 side dishes are generally of better quality food and portion was decent and acceptable, taste wise also above average.

However the soup seem to be almost the same, always milky and seldom have clear soup. Taste wise is average at best with 2 meat inside always.

Rice portion for 2 pax to some may be too little whereas in my case, i felt was not sufficient unlike previous supplier where their rice was aplently and maybe it was because of the previous supplier that I had, I am been a little spolit thus I find it a little too little. The attached pic of the rice is for 2pax.

Packing are in dispoal mircowave box but at time, the soup cover or side dishes of the cover may not close well and have spillage making the plastic bag oily or with soup. Out of 20 times, i had approx. 3 - 4 such incident but to me I understand i believe it was not on purpose.

Delivery can be quite early mid afternoon at 3.30pm and always very puncture on their delivery time.

Overall, i rate a 4 out of 5 for my food experience with them.

2 or 3 days before tingkat ends, cooking is a bit better, maybe bec they want another tingkat renewal. For the rest of the days, the cooking is shockingly bad. Poor quality and quantity. Every dish is so oily. Always deepfried. Even leafy vegy is blanched in oil. Yakky !
Many dishes have alot of deepfried flour, with hardly any ingredient inside the deepfried flour. Same dish served 2 days in a row. Probably left over from the first round. Alot of oily scrambled eggs. Oil even oozed out of plastic bag. Eggs so cheap. Gives alot of cheap tasteless tofu. Alot of the dishes are so badly cooked that they are not eatable. End up - no eatable food.

Good menu variety and good portion, dishes are tasty and not too oily, will buy again, thanks seller!

It’s difficult to find non halal tingkat so was happy to find this as my parents love pork meat. This is my 2nd repeat order.

Food is delicious just like home cooked food. Soup is tasty. The food changes daily but do not repeat often. It will be good if the 3 dishes do not all come with gravy as we also have soup. The service is attentive with helpful assistance. Pleased with Fong Fu caterer and will continue to order food from them. Believe they will provide the good standard of food and quality.

The food is consistently delicious, with a great variety of dishes. The portion sizes are just nice, and the ingredients are always fresh. The service is reliable and friendly, with timely deliveries and considerate staff. Highly recommend for a hassle-free and tasty meal solution!

We Have been ordering from this caterer tingkat for quite some times. Most of their dishes are tasty.

Nice food, but vege can give more, and refrain from unpopular vege like capsicum and bitter gourds, thanks!

Having completed one cycle on 5 days and Three cycle on 10 days Tingkat Dinner, decided to continue with this same caterer for 20 days. Overall the food was good. Only sometimes the Dishes are too salty. Need to reduce salt. Also the Fish dish are repeated the same type. The food portion are reasonable. On the whole, Good quality of food. The food is delivered daily consistently on time. (Latest 7pm within stipulated time).
