As usual, this is my 2nd or 3rd time renewing with them and it has been excellent. Our go to choice of Tingkat should we decide to continue in future again.

Food was one of the best by far among the few different tingkat offering that i got in term of value I paid. Just renew with them again recently.

In term of packing, the food are always tightly well covered. Delivery time are always prompt at the designated time. Food came is warm and sometime can even last to dinner time. Variety of choice is good and even offer steam fish and quality ... More standard by far one of the best till date. Pricing is not the cheapest nor the most expensive but reasonable and attractive enough for me to rebook again. This is by far our favourite tingkat provider.

We order for 2 person dinner plan with rice and 3 side dishes and 1 soup for 20 days.

Generally, the price i paid is slightly higher than previous tingkat supplier but the 3 side dishes are generally of better quality food and portion was decent ... More and acceptable, taste wise also above average.

However the soup seem to be almost the same, always milky and seldom have clear soup. Taste wise is average at best with 2 meat inside always.

Rice portion for 2 pax to some may be too little whereas in my case, i felt was not sufficient unlike previous supplier where their rice was aplently and maybe it was because of the previous supplier that I had, I am been a little spolit thus I find it a little too little. The attached pic of the rice is for 2pax.

Packing are in dispoal mircowave box but at time, the soup cover or side dishes of the cover may not close well and have spillage making the plastic bag oily or with soup. Out of 20 times, i had approx. 3 - 4 such incident but to me I understand i believe it was not on purpose.

Delivery can be quite early mid afternoon at 3.30pm and always very puncture on their delivery time.

Overall, i rate a 4 out of 5 for my food experience with them.

The first time that I renewed but this time, the variety of food and quality seem to be poorer than the first time when I signed up.
The taste and quality does not seem to match up to the first time when we had.
Therefore decide to switch to take ... More a break from hewtop.
However, the overall value still rank among one of the top.

Generally most of the dishes are fantastic and I would say about 20 out of 22 time, the quality and choices are great and no doubt there may be one or twice where the food are not so appealing in term of appearance but overall it is still a very ... More great value. Even my kid love it and we renewed for the subsequent month.
