Fong Fu Food Catering

The bitter gourd soup fully cooked this time; not much floating debris boil with pork bones taste good.

Overall food is relatively nice given the price. However some instances where the meat dishes is slightly tougher, especially those fried dishes.

Prompt delivery, food mostly nice especially the braised dishes, except for all the pork chops that are very tough to chew/cut even with fork and spoon.

Basically the soup taste is not so good , and u can ring that it is keep repeating everyday, same taste and same color, please improve on soup portion, tried to call on the customer service, end up saying they are not in company , even a call back call also not did after we asking for our plan.

The food is ok not salty or oily but the dishes are not up to standard. The potato is a bit hard and the steam egg is tasteless. I hope the caterer can add salted egg and century egg into the steam egg. Often the dishes were from cheap ingredients like bean spouts and vermicelli. We can get better quality for the price we paid.

Generally ok but have to note below:
1. The pork floss french bean is too little, i dont think is 50pax portion as by 25pax bean all gone!
2. ⁠Asparagus fish is too salty.
3. ⁠the tropical fruit punch is too sweet and weird taste compared to those i order from other caterer
4. ⁠ The cooling lime aiyu jelly is not sweet enough, the whole container not much guest eat (u can see how much was brought back by your man)
Other than the above, the rest were ok. Feedback to caterer and was offered a $50 rebate the next round.

I am a repeat customer to this caterer. The food is simple. Quantity is sufficient for the number of person that we order. Glad that they provide green leafy vegetables.

Food is as usual alright, simple and easy on the stomach. Our family has been ordering from this caterer for quite a while

Having completed one cycle on 5 days and Three cycle on 10 days Tingkat Dinner, decided to continue with the same. Overall the food was good. Only sometimes the Dishes are too salty. Need to reduce salt. The food portion are reasonable. On the whole, Good quality of food. The food is delivered daily consistently on time. (Latest 7pm within stipulated time). Ordered the same for another 20 days cycles

Great service but if the soup can have more ingredients will be much better. Have place order again.
