Fong Fu Food Catering

I ordered the tingkat lunch service which stated delivery between 9am to 1:30pm. However, the food consistently arrived as early as 8am—or sometimes even earlier. Despite raising this issue with the caterer, I received no response. When I followed up with a phone call, I was rudely told to “just keep the food in the fridge and heat it up during lunch time,” which was disappointing and unprofessional.

While the food portions were decent, the texture was quite tough, and the soup had an odd taste. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service or the quality of the food, and I would not recommend this tingkat provider.

Delivery came on time and setup was wonderfully done. The delivery guy was super helpful to move the setup as the weather was unpredictable. The food portion is more than sufficient too. The broccoli is slightly on the saltier side but overall is ok. All in all great experience.

The portion is actually just nice for 2 pax, although sometimes we find it too much for both of us. The food is tasty, we renewed it a 2nd time :) customer service is good too! Thank you!

Food was ok. Delivery ok but 2-3 days delivered after 7pm. Service so-so. The Whatsapp service team doesn't apologize for the late delivery and pushed the blame to the delivery guy.

Every meal is enjoyable as the food is tasty, especially the soya sauce chicken. Less oil and salt would make it even healthier

2nd time order from this caterer. The portion had become less according to the previous order.

One of the day, soup had spilled empty without any left over and also never respond on service recovery.
Call and ask for explanation but the service damn shitting, keep pushing the blame to the out sourcing driver and never reply back on the feedback.

Ordered for 2 pax - portion is quite filling, food is good with variety. Pricing is on slightly higher end. Customer service is easy to contact via WhatsApp for changes.

Food is simple but healthy. Portion is just right as well. Been ordering from same caterer numerous times.
