Food service is up to expectations.. but there are times quite disappointed with the dishes. and seems to be different from the menu. but overall is alright.

Good to see new list of food menu recently, for those salted vegetables soup such as duck soup, keeps less salty possible else only can see and discard away.

Fong Fu's tingkat is always yummy and our whole family enjoys the meal. There is variety in the food menu and it makes us look forward to receiving it daily.

Tried this tingkat service recently. Portion size is relatively smaller compared to my previous caterer, and meals usually come with just 1 meat dish. Pricing is on the cheaper side though, so it may suit those on a budget. Taste is decent and acceptable for daily meals, but not particularly exceptional or memorable.

One thing I noticed is that the menu variety tends to come in “waves” — for example, bitter gourd dishes may appear quite frequently within a short period of time, followed by curry chicken showing up repeatedly over the next few days. So while the menu changes daily on paper, the overall flavour profile can feel repetitive at times.

I have been ordering from this caterer for tingkat delivery two years ago but we stopped for a year and came back to it. I must say the food variety and taste have greatly improved. We enjoyed the meals. The portions on some days are very generous otherwise it’s mostly sufficient. Delivery time is also punctual except for the first day of service when they missed out the order.

Good variety as always. With the price increase, should have completely braised dishes menu, instead of hot dog and corn etc instant food which can be cooked at home. Repeat customer
