Fong Fu Food Catering

Food is delivered cold to me at 9am. Have feedback multiple times but there is no change. Same vegetable was also given for the same few days.

Food is okay and can be better if they were less oily. Sometime, there were repeated dishes within the same week.

The portion was little and the price we paid can get better from normal food centre.
the soup was tasteless
Overall, will not go back to this caterer.

Most of the food is salty, not as what it’s stated on their website that there’s no msg added! And at times, the food is not delivered according to the menu.

1st day of my Tingkat, they didn't give up to 3 portion. I ordered 3 pax but definitely less than 3 pax. I had to cook an extra dish. I called up and they said it was a correct portion and they said the kitchen had a lot of orders that day.
2nd, it's always towards 7pm. There was once my Tingkat arrived at 7.30pm. Again, they said the kitchen was very busy and delayed their delivery time.
Food wise is so so only. With so many Tingkats to choose now, it's not worth to order from them again. I used to give good comment for the Tingkat that I've ordered so far. I've to leave an honest review to Fong Fu.

Not bad. I tried at least 7-8 different Tingkat in foodline. It is considered average. Decent food and on time delivery

Food is alright, but delivered to us at 230pm everyday. As we have dinner at 7.30pm, we have to put it in the fridge to keep cool. Also need to heat the food up on the stove as we do not have a microwave.

The soup was insufficient for 3 persons and a bit salty. The foods variety should be improved. Foods tasted still ok.

Dinner always come way too early at 3.20pm. By the time we eat at 7.30pm, the food would have been cooked for more than 5 hours ago.

I ordered 4 dishes instead of 3 dishes and 1 soup. They would always give us some fried processed food for the 4th dish. I paid for the 4th dish with money too so it shouldn't be like that.

Sometimes the food smell bad when reach my home. One of the dish found out there are some hair inside, was highlighted to the customer service but slow response from them. On the next day just apologize and saying that will take note to kitchen to close the case. Very disappointed on this services
