Fong Fu Food Catering

Has been with them for 40days. According to my grandparents the food is nice. Food portion is generous with great range of food variety. Continuing another 20days with them.

Have been ordering from caterer for the past 1 year. Food quality and quantity is acceptable. Not too oily or salty. Simple and tasty.

- Portion is big for 2 pax. Not bad
- Suitable for elderly and kid as not so hard and spicy

Good served and delivered as described. It is homestyled and tasty.
Service by delivery personnel is consistent. Its service staff is always prompt and courteous.
This is my 4thb/5th repeat order from Fu Fong.

Generally, the dishes are quite oily and salty. Vegetable dish is well fried and tasty.
Initially started well, but towards 3rd going 4th week, dishes changed, particularly more on the soup, not according to menu.
Braised 3 items dish with pork skin (as seen in kway chap) - surely there's better nutritious substitute ingredient. Being elderly with high cholesterol, I'm not a fan of pork skin.

Food is not appealing mostly minced meat and vegetable is bitter. Soup is the worst, there is awful smell in soup, guess they used frozen meat for soup.

Food ok. But when delivery late as usual, didn't inform me or answer my query regarding late delivery. Service can be improved.

Food is tasty. Would appreciate it if broccoli, cauliflower, pork dishes could be more cooked/ softer. Easier for old folks to eat.

The dishes are tasty and the portion is more than enough for 2 people.
The caterer is also generous with the ingredients. The gingko nut soup had lots of gingko nuts! Vegetables are cooked well - soft and tasty.

There's variety in their dishes. Great! The items are most of the time well packed. Only a very few rare occasions there was a bit of spillage; very rare, so that's very okay! If there's something to improve...maybe they could try to keep the food as warm as possible.
