Fong Fu Food Catering

First time order for 10 days, my family found the dishes oily and on some of days, the boxes were oily due to soup spilled. Food varieties acceptable.

10 days trial for lunch and dinner, and they serve us 6 times of samosa (we called to complain and the next day samosa came again)...continuous fewdays of fried pork/ fish chops. All dishes (except for fired ones) are douche in cornstarch sauce...I even ate a clump of cornstarch (eek!!) At times, dishes can be extremely salty. I have to wash the food in water.... edible but not great.

The food was good but sometimes it's very oily. The soups have spilled more than 3 times. The first time, they did acknowledge and mentioned that they will improve but after that, they just ignored your feedback. First time ordering and I don't think I will continue.

Food - Food was generally tasty without salty or msg taste and come in good portions. Only negative feedback was that the brown rice was undercooked (hard rice) for most of the days which can be improved

Service - Packaging was mostly okay without any spillage but delivery times was too early (1-2pm) and delivery personnel did not press doorbell (the service was improved after we feedback to the service line). Food microwaveable containers also easier to break/chip when opening so must be careful to prevent plastic drop into food

Value - very great value and this is my 4th renewal. Will proceed with 5th renewal but plan to skip rice.

Not sure why january's food isnt as nice as december's. price for rice is quite expensive and portion too little

This has been my repeat orders for my elderly uncles lunch. Service is timely, dishes are home-styled and fresh.

Service of Fong Fu was exceptionally good, especially the packing, no leaking (except occasionally the soup). Food was delicious, but during CNY was a bit disappointing (I guess due to the wet markets not open).

The food is good and delivery is always on time. We have already ordered many times and will continue with this caterer.

Portion was decent but a bit too many fried dishes, at least 3 times a week.
food arrived at 2.15 to 2.30 for dinner, supposed to be from 3 onwards

Excellent food. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Definitely fine dining. Worth it and they do different deals on different nights so it’s worth checking them out before you book. Highly recommended.
