One of the few tingkat providers that i used whenever i am too busy to cook or need a break. repeated order. value for money. reliable and on time delivery although they did forget on 1 day due to some hiccup

Repeated order. value for money. decent portions and variety.
only complaint is delivery is too early - 2.30pm for dinner.
also i hope they provide the metal tingkat containers instead of plastic in future

Portion was decent but a bit too many fried dishes, at least 3 times a week.
food arrived at 2.15 to 2.30 for dinner, supposed to be from 3 onwards

Repeated order. service always on time. for 4th dish, can do less of processed food and replace with egg, or any veg

I had ordered a couple of times from this caterer. considered value for money. service is always on time. however i noticed the quantity was lesser on some days recently. will continue to monitor.

This time round, food was very little on some days... maybe coz always 2 pieces of meats per pax and per piece was small...

2nd time order but i feel a lot of fried items this round... will still consider if ordering tingkat. however hope less fried and more steamed or stir fried dishes.

First time ordering. con is food portion could be more. not really enough for 2 pax.
pro is about the veg dishes - considerably more variety compared to other caterers. meat/fish/prawn dishes are decent.

Delivery is always on the dot at 3pm.
Food is acceptable.
Have re-ordered few times.
Value for money.

Portion can be not enough at times , wish they can be a bit more generous.
Opt out of soup coz no ingredient in it eg fishball soup was literally 4 tiny fishballs in plain soup...
the rest of the dishes were decent home cooked style.
timing ... More wise is always at 3pm .
