Acceptable food taste
Vegetables had lots of stalks to leafy greens portions
Arrives about the same time everyday

Some of the dishes served were rather heavily fried/processed (e.g. youtiao or crab claw), perhaps could cut down on deep fried dishes. Vegetables (bean based) were quite hard and old, leafy vegetables fared better as well as meat dishes. Dishes were not too salty, but the soups were rather tasteless.

Food quality not as good as last time. Several instances food turned bad. But got a replacement dish the following day.

Affordable food which is not too salty and oily. Sometimes the pork can be quite tough. At times the dishes can be too salty or too bland.

The portion is big enough for 2 adults plus a toddler.
One thing I don't like is the fish dishes since it must be fried fish every time.

Dinner delivery always came around 4.30pm (normally would just hang at the door as I can’t open at times) which is a good thing as I know when to cook my rice. Dishes at times were bland but most of the time tasty. Soup could be improved on, really like the watercress soup and lotus pork rib soup. Wish that there were more seafood options though.

The food is nice and delicious but as I am living in the east area, so they have deliver as early as 10.30am for my lunch. The food is cold when I have my lunch

Food was generally ok for this price point but vegetable dishes seem to be usually off and usually come cold.

I ordered a package of 10 meals and in general the service was prompt and friendly. The food was however a bit too salty and oily, if these can be addressed it would be good.

Have ordered from this caterer for quite some times, and still not tired of their food. They will have some new dishes to their menu occasionally which was good.
