The overall taste of the food was fairly average, without anything standing out.
The soup tasted quite light and could be more aromatic, which didn’t quite suit my preference.
Portions and delivery timing were fine. Hope to see some improvements in taste going forward.

Dinner delivery is usually early afternoon, ranging from 1.45pm to 5.20pm. Meat portion at times inconsistent. Fish usually dory occasionally soft somewhat uncooked and stink. Taste wise salty especially soup being oily too, usually with poultry skins floating at top. From the 3rd week, the dishes were very salty and the soups like 'salt' water. After complainng saltiness in dishes+ soup, following towards the last week simmered down. However, 'damage' is done, won't pursue renewal.

Quality seems like dropping and getting more and more repeated dishes and dried dishes recently, a bit disappointed.

Food was initially good when I started to order but it suddenly went downhill with the variety so I’m not renewing

No show delivery with no notification. Change dishes as when they like even though selected no fish with bones. Only left less than 30 mins to consume food because delivery always arrives later than 6.30pm.

I had specifically requested to exclude the vermicelli dish from my order, but they unwilling to exclude it. The caterer seems quite inflexible and unwilling to accommodate changes.

The food was alright for the pricing. One thing to note is that the delivery of the tingkat to my place was around 2pm. Makes me wonder if the food is prepared in the morning. I’m unsure if the food can last so long without spoilting given that I eat it at 7pm.

The serving portion seems a bit stingy for two pax. Plus, the menu gets pretty repetitive if you're a regular.

Overall not a good experience. On the first day, rice was delivered for 1 pax although I ordered 2 paxs. Customer service replied the second day and refunded me 0.8dollar. There was oil in the plastic bag and dripped to the floor. The taste was cai fan level but more costly.

There were few days we got our dinner almost 7:30pm, has been calling them several time to complain about that. They did improve the service after that, hopefully this not happen again next time.
