Great caterer with good food variety, portion and reasonably priced. Repeated monthly weeknights tingkat dinner from them.

Overall the food is ok but can be better. The food arrives around 1.30pm. I am not too sure if the food can last till dinner time as cooked food are usually consumed withina few hours. Some of the dishes are salty and sometimes they are bland.

Ordered 20 days tingkat dinner. Variety is quite good, seldom have the same type of food during the duration. Quantity is ample. Just that item like bitter gourd may not appeal to many and there was one dish which came with bubbles not sure what's that as did not consume it. Overall one of the can try caterers.

I've tried these group of tingkat dinner for past few months, arranged in order of preferences. Pricing wise u can compare yourself.

The food exceed our expectations. interesting ways of cooking and presentation. most importantly they are simply delicious! there are times dishes are quite oily though. will be renewing the order. not many non-halal caterers cook this tasty. :)

Delicious with tasty dishes and soup. Food changes daily and menu seldom repeat. Staff is attentive to queries. Will recommend to friends.

Food average. Some dishes still too salty although they use less sodium salts. Sometimes repeated Fishcake within two weeks.

The food is generally good, with hits and misses. Sometimes the braised items have a sourish fermented smell. The soups also do not align to the published monthly menu schedule.

Delivery timing is okay . Food mostly is great else is so-so. Better than my previous tingkat who has more fried food.

Fong Fu's was quite good consistently, until recently that it hits some glitches. One day, the food was spoilt, and we had to throw it away. Another day, they swap a "fish with barbecue sauce" dish to plain canned sardines. If I were to have sardines for dinner, I will buy direct from the supermarket, and not pay a higher price via Tingkat. And the soup dish was repeated for many days (pork rib with 山药). I guess they are having some problem with the kitchen staff/ chef.
