Still looking forward to the variety and dishes. It's good, but...

tired of waiting. Not sure why, this round the delivery timing is disappointing. Some days have to wait until almost 7pm, and at least once, it arrive after 7pm. Contact the office but nothing much can be done, can only continue to wait. Hopefully they can do something about it such as having an additional delivery route. Maybe the driver has too many orders and that's why end up arriving late.

Food is savory and the delivery uncle is friendly and accommodating. The only shortcoming is, to confirm the start date with Fong Fu personally. They missed my 1st day delivery for the current and previous cycle.

The delivery has been timely. Food portion is just nice and enough for 2 pax. So far so good on the soup and food.

Serving size was reasonable and food in general was not salty. Green leafy vegetables are normally over cooked but maybe this is always the case for tingkat foods. Delivery timing can be quite inconsistent that varied by more than an hour and left us wondering if the food will arrive and if we need to make our own dinner arrangement once or twice within a 20-day cycle.

Overall this is my 2nd subscription with Fong Fu Catering. Their style of cooking suits our family and taste wise is towards Cantonese. However, the selection of dishes is minimal. For example Monday celery with meat, Tuesday stir-fried celery. I also observed that this caterer has more pork dishes than chicken or fish, mostly deep-fried pork dishes. Nevertheless, they are by far the better ones compared to another caterer I had subscribed before.

I hope the caterer will spend some time reshuffling their menu and having a more balanced meat type of dishes weekly.

Can improve on the delivery timing and need to call everytime the delivery is late to check on the reason. Hope the customer service is able to drop us a text if it’s gonna be late be it traffic jam or bad weather conditions.
Food overall is good and no repeat dishes for the week.

Food provided by Fong Fu caterer is generally good in terms of taste and value. We highly recommend you to give Fong Fu a try.

I was a regular customer of fong fu but this round of tingkat was not up to standard. The caterer does not follow the menu and switch out quite afew times of the dishes. For instance, braised duck switch to fried fillet which we had 2 days ago. Then again a prawn dish was switch to sweet sour pork which we had 2 days later again. So this 20 days tingkat, we had repeated dishes afew times in a week.

The food is not oily, neither is it very spicy. Just nicce for both young and old. Will continue to order.

Good variety of food during the 10 days trial. 4th dish is usually finger food, might be better to opt for soup instead. Happy to repeat order.
