Food standard a bit dropped. Not as nice compared to the last time I ordered. Most days we are served with celery and not much of those green veg..

Repeated order. Food is generally not too salty or oily. Value for money. Delivery time is ok but at times can be quite late.

The food is deliciously nice and has a great variety of dishes to enjoy. One down side is the food is cold when delivered

The food is general good just that some dishes are not suitable for my family. If the caterer reduced the melon type dishes, I think it will be good for general public.

The portion was little and the price we paid can get better from normal food centre.

Most of the food is salty, not as what it’s stated on their website that there’s no msg added! And at times, the food is not delivered according to the menu.

Food delivered usually after 6pm and for a few days after 7pm. My elders at home are upset about the late delivery. Apart from the delivery timing, food is good, like the vegetable dishes. But the soup usually do not follow the menu given.

Portion is good for 4 pax. Food too oily for my family's taste. Some dishes are too salty. Batter for deep fried items too thick and not nice when re-heated. Can only taste saltiness in soup. But has a good variety as dishes are not repeated.

Food was mediocre, sadly a lot of preserved vegetables. Not as nutrious as the other caterers. Timing of delivery is never fixed. Very unpredictable delivery timing.

1st day of my Tingkat, they didn't give up to 3 portion. I ordered 3 pax but definitely less than 3 pax. I had to cook an extra dish. I called up and they said it was a correct portion and they said the kitchen had a lot of orders that day.
2nd, it's always towards 7pm. There was once my Tingkat arrived at 7.30pm. Again, they said the kitchen was very busy and delayed their delivery time.
Food wise is so so only. With so many Tingkats to choose now, it's not worth to order from them again. I used to give good comment for the Tingkat that I've ordered so far. I've to leave an honest review to Fong Fu.
