The food variety was simple and taste okay. Felt sian after the 5-day trial so we switched to other caterer.

Repeat order from this caterer. Decent selection and generally healthier and tasty options for a reasonable price!

Multiple order from this vendor. Food is nice overall. Important is my 6yo like it. Only some days the soup can be abit bland or not suitable for young kids.

Bad experience with their 20 Days Tingkat service.

Repeated food + poor choice of ingredient: Received the similar type of gourd dishes (same family just different breed) as their "seasonal vegetable" consecutive for 3 days straight. Also I have received 2 consecutive days of brinjal dishes. Made a complain to the admin and she said will inform the purchasing team. Then the day after, same gourd dish again. Also receive pumpkin few times as a vegetable dish rather that side dish. Very little days of leafy green as vegetable dish, probably due to cost saving of the company.

Poor operations management : Delivery man failed to deposit food into my cooler box several times (4 days out of 5 during the week and dishes were spoilt) even after I inform the admin daily and admin confirmed with me that she will remind them to do it. I have no issues with the delivery during their 10 days trial tingkat service before this thus I am not being unreasonable with my request. Only managed to get the operation manager to give me a call after multiple prompts to the admin as well as a last resort threaten from me to ask for refund. Operation manager put the blame firstly on my cooler box, stating "it look too atas" and thus delivery man are afraid to touch it. That being said, there are also days where delivery man is able to place my food into the cooler box. Then the manager said that their delivery man is not fixed thus some may know and some may not know. Even though ultimately it resolves after the manager asked me to stick on paper writing signs in both Chinese and English to guide the delivery man, I have no confidence in their service but the manager kept avoiding a refund.

I will not recommend this company anymore for long term tingkat service.

My elderly folks complained about the food from the previous caterer. After changing to Fong Fu, they seem to like it very much. A major feedback is that meat dishes are soft and tender, and they are chewable and tasty. Now completing 4 months, they are still enjoying, so I’ll be ordering for the 5th month.

Repeated order. Food generally okay. But egg tofu given too often. Sometimes certain dishes quite salty.

Ordered 3 dishes + 1 soup tingkat for 10days. The soup too salty, everyday different soup but taste the same. The other dishes also not nice.

We are repeated customer, we ordered many times from Fong Fu, so far the quality of the food are okay. hope they can keep improving.

The customer service was prompt and very good. However, we felt the standard was not as good as we first trialed it. The meat has a smell sometimes and the dishes can be quite oily. Hope the standard can be improved.

Good decent food. On time no late delivery before. Good and will recommend to friends and families to order
