Fong Fu Food Catering

Have been ordering with them since February this year. Generally the dishes are good, like best their salted egg chicken but seems they didn’t repeat this dish now.

Good variety, portion is more than enough and great. will continue to maintain order. happen once rice was given 1 person instead of two.

Fung Fu cathering so far has been one of the best throughout my order period. I hv tried 2 other catering company but both are not as good. Fung Fu are generous in terms of portion. I would prefer if the dishes are slightly saltier. There are once or twice I noticed the dish is repeated. May come back to them if i finished with the current catherer.
Thank you.

The food was great in general and my kids loved it with the exception of the ladyfinger and bittergourd. Will renew the cycle

I have no qualms about the delivery which is consistent. The food looks ordinary but the cooking style is quite different from the usual, which is a plus point for us.

ordered twice from them so far.
They got our attention and we will order from them again. Thank you

The food was not bad. But the vegetable in generally seems to be a bit not fresh or burnt from cooking as can see there are some parts dark in color.
overall still acceptable.
Also the food deliver at 3pm or earlier just afraid will be drenched if raining.

Repeated order and satisfied with the food. Note that lunch and dinner menus are the same. If you plan to order both, you will end up eating the same food whole day.

The food was quite ok, did found some issues initially but caterer had resolved it with replacement dishes.

Soup may be quite salty at times and meat may be deep fried which can be quite oily at times. Overall a good experience thus far for the price.

Too much fried food, feedback to the caterer and they acknowledge. Hope for improvement.
And oh ya, food is on salty side.

Delivery wise is consistent, customer service response is prompt too.

Mine is DINNER tingkat. For every single day the food arrived at 1.50pm. Yes 1.50pm... That's ridiculously early for dinner. That means the food is cook at 12pm-1pm?
It's fortunate i'm at home each time to take in the food. If we are all out working and could only reach home at 6-7pm, the food would most probably spoil in the hot weather nowadays.

I did complain to them, the person reply was ask me to put my own thermal bag outside my house so that their guy can put the food inside. Firstly wth they want to trouble me to buy my own thermal bag, secondly, that method is not safe anyways. It's because everytime i open up the plastic containers, the covers are full of water condensation. That means the food is not cool down first before they close the cover.
That is the exact recipe for bacteria growth = warm temperature and high humidity.
So that means putting them in a thermal bag would NOT help at all.
I'm never ordering from this caterer again.
