Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

Collection will be made 2 hours from the meal time. Following SFA's Guidelines for Ordering Catered Meals for Functions and Events, the food cannot be served after 2 hours from the meal time.

Due to food safety reasons, please advice your guests and staff not to take leftover food for consumption. Therefore, no takeaway containers will be provided.

Food items are subjected to availability

Management reserves the right to make any changes to the menu items and staffing matters without prior notice

Orders to be placed at least 4 working days in advance

Cancellations Charges:
Written request received at least 5 working days before: No charge.
Written request received less than 5 working days before: 50% charge.
Written request received less than 48 hours before: 100% charge.
After payment has been made: $50.00 ($54.50 with GST) administration fee applies.

Changes must be made at least 4 working days before the event date.
