Overall the food is valued for money. Especially with the Cream Caramel dessert. The Spaghetti Aglio Olio was so nice that it was the first dish to be cleared

Fish fillet suppose to have Tartar dipping n didnt provide Tartar sauce.
There is no chilli or tomato sauce provided either.Party was started and we have no time to go out n buy.
Collection of item supposed to be at 9 pm and they already came for collection at 8.30 pm.
The worst thing - charge me for Delivery which supposed to be FOC since i exceeded the min amount to qualify for free delivery.
Overall food is ok but pasta was dry up very fast.The portion was also not sufficient for 50 pax order

I have ordered Tiramisu Cake. It was melted. I have no choice has to reject the cake. End up my people have no desert. The food is not fantastic. Sorry to say that i am not pleased with the food.

Delivery was on time, fast setup, staff was polite. The Operation Manager, Amanda, was prompt in replying to all my enquiries. Happy with the service.

Generally the food is good but the portion is very economical. There will not be enough for seconds. I ordered for 30pax for 32 guests. Portion was just enough. Everything in the tray was cleaned out until the last pax except for the fish and oat tofu.
Had to ration the fusilli as it was really insufficient for even 30pax if everybody takes a ladle full. It was also a bit hard. Could do with an extra 5 minutes of cooking.
(NB to caterer: If only pasta is ordered, you should increase the portion to 100% and not 70% or 50% as per usual catering with rice n pasta. With 1 look, I knew it was insufficient for 30pax during the set-up. Even told your set-up guy)

Other than missing/wrong food labeling, the delivery service and set-up was fine.
In terms of pre-ordering service, I wish there was more customer service. Previous caterers will liaise by calling to confirm and even assure 1 day before the catering event. But with Food Paradise/Fusion Spoon, you have to bite your nails and hope for the best that they remember your event.

The food is okay

The food is very good and tasty with an acceptable price. Food Portion is enough for 50 pax. It is also quite fast for setup.

Was recommended by colleagues for this caterer and it was fantastic. Service is good, setup and quality of utensils and cookware are spot on for my event. Definitely will try this again.
