I recommend this caterer. The food was really good. Quality. One of the best I have ever catered. I cater at least 3 functions a year and I must say, Pondok exceeds my expectation. Friendly staff, good food. Great service.

Good food but not much customer service

Generally the food is good but the portion is very economical. There will not be enough for seconds. I ordered for 30pax for 32 guests. Portion was just enough. Everything in the tray was cleaned out until the last pax except for the fish and oat ... More tofu.
Had to ration the fusilli as it was really insufficient for even 30pax if everybody takes a ladle full. It was also a bit hard. Could do with an extra 5 minutes of cooking.
(NB to caterer: If only pasta is ordered, you should increase the portion to 100% and not 70% or 50% as per usual catering with rice n pasta. With 1 look, I knew it was insufficient for 30pax during the set-up. Even told your set-up guy)

Other than missing/wrong food labeling, the delivery service and set-up was fine.
In terms of pre-ordering service, I wish there was more customer service. Previous caterers will liaise by calling to confirm and even assure 1 day before the catering event. But with Food Paradise/Fusion Spoon, you have to bite your nails and hope for the best that they remember your event.

Caterer came 30mins early n was prompt in setting up. Food was mainly delicious. The penne was substituted with spaghetti from the caterer. However it was still delicious. Olive rice was also delicious.
No complaints. Will use them again.
