Fusion Spoon Catering Services

Food was not bad, my friends had good feedback on the teriyaki chicken and water chestnut. But eclair and water chestnut drink can be more, they ran out before my event ended.

My first time choosing Fusion spoon catering service. Service and Food is nice will order again next Gathering....

I had a very bad experience with this caterer. I ordered for 30 pax on 3 nov and subsequently top up my order to 43 on 19 Nov 2024. On 23 Nov, the supervisor messaged me to check if my order is for 30. I immediately told him NO and it is for 43 and told him to get it right. When the food arrived, I check with the driver for the confirmation order. He only brought the confirmation order for 30 and not 43. I suspected that they have given me the order for 30 instead of 43.
a) the plates given was not sufficient. We have to use our own plates instead.
b) the food given was insufficient EVEN FOR THE 1ST SERVING, this caused immense embarrassment for the organiser.
My complaint to Foodline on 25 Nov but the reply make a mockery of my complaint, although they promised to take complaints seriously.
1) Fusion Spoon still said that the portions were for 43 but they forgot to add an extra 10% portion to customer.
2) That they would compensate 1 side dish/ 1 dessert for the NEXT ORDER

The food is good for this caterer. It is delicious too. The mixed curry vegetables was good and my guests is happy with the food.

The taste is average. Could be improved. More selection like 2 vege selection will be good. Overall ok.

Trays of food is excellent, driver cum delivery man, Lao Chiang arrived on time n arranged well. Our guests were pleased with the dishes, and had claimed that most of them went for a second helping.

Food is nice but quantity could be abit more and could be served with bigger set up. Coordination and updating for the delivery is smooth and efficient.

Food was good and adequate portions. Delivery could be more prompt and serve time was delayed by 10-15min. Thank you nevertheless for the prompt service and look forward to future orders.

Food portion less so I ordered extra pizza.

Exceeded expectations. Guests like the fried rice, curry chicken, mushroom soup, and ngoh hiang. Will recommend it to friends.
