The food presentation even when packed looks great. It was very much still warm, can certainly taste it's freshly cooked. Every single dish was delicious. The portion was perfect for 20 pax. Would certainly order again for New Year celebration!

The food from this caterer is very good and value for money. I especially like the mixed berry spinach salad where all the spinach and mixed berry is very fresh. I don't quite like the tie Guan Yin roast chicken as it is a big oily. The caterer should use less oil to roast the chicken.

Food was good and healthier with less oil. Although the olive rice looks plain but quite fragrant. Highly recommended!!

First time trying Grain. Food is nice, except for vegetable, ratatouille nicoise. Almost full tray was thrown away as nobody likes it.
Also, simply change the order without returning call, as requestee in my order comment. And no details to state the extra cost incurred in the invoice.

All my guests are very happy with the event- reunion dinner 2020. Especially the food & the setting. The setting is simple & elegant, the utensils provided are made of paper & very environmental friendly. The caterer is also very thoughtful & provided us with the plastic sheet, disposable chopsticks & instruction for the Yu Sheng-Lo Hei. So that we can mess up the whole table during Lo Hei without worry about cleaning up. The caterer also provided us with Washi-Traditional Japanese paper. My guests are very happy & enjoying learning the Origami- The Japanese Art of Paper Folding.

Caterer wasn't flexible with setting up earlier or tearing down later (only 2 hours 6pm-8pm) as they prioritise food quality.

Food quality is good, guests enjoyed it.

After 7plus, the food went cold and wasn't very good after that. Drinks also ran out even though was given 3 dispensers for 70pax.

Caterer delivered on time and set up was good. Ordered the healthy menu this time. This is my second time ordering but I still preferred the classic menu.

This is my second time ordering from Grain and they never fail in delivering the best quality food. My guests loved the food and everyone commented that it is not the typical catered food and is also very healthy. The food also came in insulated bag which kept the food warm until it is time to serve.

Ordered for 55 pax for the event but food was not enough even though the no. of guests who turned up was lesser than 55 pax.

Overall, good quality food with a modern twist to the usual catered menu - very suitable for kids and all ages.

Nice, elegant set up. Delivery was on time. The guests raved about the butterfly pea coconut rice and loved the tie guan yin roast chicken / soy chilean seabass. However, they commented that the Hisbiscus Ice Tea had a slight bitter aftertaste which a handful of the guests did not quite enjoy it.

My co-ordinator is Samantha and she was very prompt with her replies even when I was replying to her emails at 10pm plus at night. When I had to make slight changes to the menu, she acted very swiftly.
