Repeat customer, good service with prompt responses. Food wise quite good, don't taste like have a lot of MSG cause after drinking the soups don't feel thirsty.

Food quantity is average. Have a couple encounters of vegetables tasting sour despite within the reasonable consumption hours.

Food, service are okay. not bad. attentive to my special request.

Generally tasty, not too oily. Food was suitable to our tastes, just that the long beans were kind of raw.

Repeated customer. Simple dishes like homestyle cooking and not too oily. Hope they can provide different varieties of dishes and less repeated ingredients for the same week.

The food is delivered is quite late for me, sometimes really close to 7.30pm, and sometimes the ingredients are not very fresh, especially the chicken, which can taste as frozen chicken. I tried 2 times when I got it, the soup was already half drained.

Service from the caterer is great . Food arrives timely and caterer follows up on requests on time too. The food is tasty yet healthy with less oil and salt so it is a very good option for elderly and health conscious people. I have been on repeat orders for 3 times already

Tingkat meals are nice and tasty like home cooked food. Portions are sufficient. Rice could be better quality.

Ordered 10 day package to try, first few days the food is quite disappointing, soup is the same soup for lunch and dinner and salty, other dishes do not look presentable and taste poorly, so I decided not to renew, and booked another provider. Somehow the last few days the food quality improved by quite a lot, so I'm not sure what was going on there.
Another point I was not happy with is that I don't know who tie the knot for the plastic bag so tightly that I cannot undo the knot, have to cut it, yet there's always some soup spilling out, one time half the portion of the soup spill into the plastic bag.

Food taste good and portion was sufficient compared to others. Soup has chicken or pork included in it.
