Healthy Meals Catering

Food was quiet healthy with generous amount of soup. However, their customer service and delivery was terrible. There were some days food wasn’t delivered or came in after 8pm without informing us.

Service is very good. Food is on time. The food was filling and satisfying.
The serving portion was quite generous.

Food was acceptable. Delivery timing was on time. The food portion was just nice for 2 person as I ordered for 2 person

Been a loyal customer for months, and ordering from the same caterer. I need to write the review to get the cash rewards. Very rigid customer service, so for the cash rewards, I m writing this. and min. 100 words, have to say delivery is prompt and no complaints so far, as I am ordering for my older folks. Reordering for another month generally good service, customer service very good and staff is very very helpful foodline

The food is generally tasty. The rice portion varies, sometimes the portion given is not sufficient for an adult. The delivery times varies, as I ordered for weekends. Sometimes have to wait the whole afternoon till 7 plus pm before it is delivered. To have an more organised delivery team with a proper estimation of timing of within 2 hours and not within 5-6 hours.

Good variety of dishes. Nice soup too
Quite flexible as you can skip meal if you hv plan outside.
Definitely will continue again.

The food is generally tasty, not salty nor oily, and always served with great portion.. I even requested not to put any meat in my soup..

The food was still alright unfortunately was marred by bad service at the end where a pack of rice was not delivered and the caterer had been promising a $1 refund which did not happen repeatedly despite chasing. They blame Foodline so go figure. I gave up asking them for it and certainly do not enjoy dealing with a merchant who lies repeatedly.

Also for some reason for this round my food came a lot later and colder.

Food quality is very good so far. Variety however is getting less than before. For example, we have been receiving the stir fried pork in sauce for 3 out of the 5 last deliveries. Hope there can be more variety. Service is generally good but on the day when the vehicle broke down and could not deliver, the notification was a little late at around 6:30 pm. Had to scramble for alternative delivery and that meant much our dinner that day was much later than usual and kids were complaining.

Food portion is ok, but i find it abit too salty to my liking. delivery timing mostly good. Only once it came abit late
