Some soup were not match to given menu, like meatball soup without any meatball inside.. maybe caterers need to improve some dishes especially soup as usually blant

The food is generally very nice, especially the soup.
Usually they added date to cook the soup, which make it sweet naturally.

Food were delivered on time, the Tiffin Carrier is prone to spill the soup out, suggest to have better tiffin carrier that can avoid spilling

Encountered quality issue with the Steam chicken, feedback to the Customer Service team and they helped to review the issue and try to find possible root cause, they also compensate me one dish for replacement, thank you!

The food overall is good, the soup is more tastier than other caterer, i even reorder the tingkat consecutively

Food serving portion is really sufficient, we usually feel very full for family of 2+2kids. Food is nice as well.
Food can be served in Tingkat option, which can help reduce plastic usage, big plus.

Generally the food taste OK, portion just nice for 3 pax.
Soup taste is a bit pale compare to other caterer except for Herbal Soup.
