Portion is sufficient. Soup is too much, mostly can't finish. Would be good if less liquid, more ingredients in soup. Food is generally not oily which is good.

The customer service officer is great at getting back to you. The green vegetable is slightly bitter and can be improved. There are times where the delivery is not on time.

Overall the dishes were relatively good! Not salty. However out of my 10 days trial, 3 days I got the same soup. Only once awhile with processed food, but was delicious!

Food always came cold- lukewarm, thus I have to heat up.

The food is not bad, but the service is bad. The delivery have delayed 2 times. Can’t refund just compensation, but I just ordered another tingkat.

First time ordering from Healthy Meal. The soup was delicious. Not just plain diluted soup like provided by other caterers. The soup was boiled with pork ribs and chicken meat. the dishes may sometimes look simple but the taste was good. the vegie was plain. need to improve. the delivery time was rather late. Came around 12 to 12.30pm.

Generally, the food is good. Variety is there and the quantity is generous too. I love that the food is available during weekends too!

Meal is not salty and Oily, but still tastes good. The soups prepared are good. Friendly sales support service to enquire on subscription plan, menu and adhoc requests.

The food taste and portion is ok and decent. However the packaging hope to be improved as the soup always spills out and the plastic got hole, end up the soup drip on the floor.

Food, service are okay. not bad. attentive to my special request.

Soup is good. Dessert is also good. There is chicken every day, can alternate with other food, such as fish
