A refund was promised but until now, i see nothing ! when can I get my money back ! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The food is getting from bad to worst. The chicken used must be frozen ones & not so fresh. Hence, there is a not so nice smell.

The food is delivered is quite late for me, sometimes really close to 7.30pm, and sometimes the ingredients are not very fresh, especially the chicken, which can taste as frozen chicken. I tried 2 times when I got it, the soup was already half drained.

Ordered 10 day package to try, first few days the food is quite disappointing, soup is the same soup for lunch and dinner and salty, other dishes do not look presentable and taste poorly, so I decided not to renew, and booked another provider. Somehow the last few days the food quality improved by quite a lot, so I'm not sure what was going on there.
Another point I was not happy with is that I don't know who tie the knot for the plastic bag so tightly that I cannot undo the knot, have to cut it, yet there's always some soup spilling out, one time half the portion of the soup spill into the plastic bag.

Generally, the dishes are ok. But tofu dish has been quite frequent. Hopefully can improve on this.

Ordered tingkat dinner for 5 person for 20 days.

Pros:
1) Used 1 bigger container to cater for 3 pax and 1 smaller container for 2 pax. Most caterers will squeeze all into 1 container resulting in spillage or insufficient amount for 5 pax (which makes me feel shortchanged for getting 4 pax worth although I pay for 5 pax).
2) Few repetitions of dishes and not so often had cucumber as a vegetable dish. Some caterers will give cucumber dish almost twice a week... eat until xian...
3) Vegetable portion was decent. Most caterers give very little vegetable per pax.

Cons:
1) First time that I encountered a caterer providing one of the dishes with different food for 3 pax and for 2 pax. See picture on right for easier understanding. This gave me a lot of problem apportioning the food to 5 family members.

2) At times one of the dishes is for 4 pax only (see picture on left). JIa lat ah... Again giving me problem apportioning the food.

I would have continued ordering from this caterer if not for the 2 cons. Really buay tahan.

Repeated dish almost every other day. There was even one day my dory fish and the tau pok was sour !! whatsapp them but apparently nobody experience the same like mine.
Delivery time was different everyday. Once i received my food at 7.30PM! And the sticker on the food say consume by 7.45PM. Whatsapp them again and reply was best to be consumed before 7.45pm instead.

This review is for a 10 day dinner for 3. I have ordered from several tingkat vendors and this is the first time the dishes delivered are simply different from the daily online menu. Initially the dishes tasted decent and simple. What is unacceptable is that quality is not consistent and sometimes quantity is compromised. We once received only 1 pack of soup for 3 when we were usually provided with 3 packs of soup; we also received a boiled pork belly dish which was not braised, sauced nor roasted. Very unpleasant. Fish dish is usually not tasty; once we received cereal prawn (shown in the picture) but unfortunately not quite fresh! Chicken dishes and soup were generally acceptable. At times the soup tasted unnaturally sweet as if sugar was added. The worst experience was the poor delivery timing. Initially food arrived at around 5 pm for the first few days but later we received the meals late - close to 7:30 pm or slightly after. For the last meal, it arrived at 8 pm. I have complained several times to the service WhatsApp. No matter how much they apologised, there was no improvement to the delivery timing. Very disappointing experience! So glad it’s over.

The food was delivered on time and the customer service communicated well. A small disappointment that the packing staff has missed out the rice one of the days which the elderly has no rice to eat on that day. Have notified the customer service and was ensured that the packing staff will be more careful for the rest of my order.

Food can be more varied, often serve sliced pork and cabbage. Delivery timing can also be more consistent and earlier.
