Good variety of the cooked dishes. The dishes can be a bit oily and salty. I ordered 4 dishes instead of 3 dishes 1 soup. 1 of the dish is always off the shelf fried food like fried spring roll, fried wanton, fried samosa, fried sotong/fish ball. Portion is good

Food and service wasn't up to expectations this month. No longer reply to my WhatsApp this month as compared to previous month. Could be cause I never renew the tingkat now.

Ample rice. Would be good if there is mixture of colours for the veg and meats. Sometimes is just a single colour.

Out of the 5 tingkat companies my family and i have tried the past years, this is really the worst we have encountered (used to had their tingkat few years ago but this time round really surprised with the quality). Food came with spillage almost every alternate days, dishes are unpleasant in look and taste (meat/fish/veggies/eggs don't taste like how it should be), really struggling to finish up the dishes over the past 20 days.

The food quality has deteriorated for this time round. the same vegetables are cooked as 2 dishes, one stir fried then the other use as soup with cheap ingredients like fish balls. hope the caterer can take note and try not do sub standard dishes.

The dishes were repetitive in 1 week, there were still sand in the vegies, dishes were not appealing, the ladies fingers are cooked with the stalk along. Soup were very salty to taste.

Wide variety of dishes. Taste not bad but can be too salty and too oily at times. Delivery is prompt.

The previous orders were all good. But recently the food really not up to their usual standards. Wonder whether the chef changed. But the coordinator is responsible and responsive to my inquires.Hopefully I can have confident to order again next round.

Most of the food was ok. Generous portion and consistent delivery timing. One not satisfying is that we cannot skip meal.

The dishes came in initially was ok. Subsequently, it became worst. Not as appetizing when u look at it. The kai lan dish, the stem was hard, I guess didn't cook well enough. One if the dish was plainly fried Peanut. ( Tell me, who eats fried peanut with rice?)
There's just couple of dishes like the prawn dish, hash browm, scramble eggs, bittergourd veg was ok. But most of the other days, the dishes sucks!
Dun think I would use this catherer again moving forward.
