Hewtop Catering Pte Ltd

Good

They use to serve good soup with well mix portion of meat or ribs ..now sometimes just plain green veggie soup or only with few slice of cut meat ..portion is lesser now..over the weeks even lesser..perhaps cost are higher now..overall taste of food is fine..already over 1 year I ordered from them..seems to go down the slope for their standard.

Repeated order. Consistent quality in the food and portion. Vegetables were still too much though. Service recovery is good because they offered to give more soup when one of the day's portion was notably lesser than usual.

Food taste is moderate to good, customer service team is good, delivery service also good. Overall experience is good for me.

Repeated order. Value for money. Always delivered very early, by 3.30pm. Packaging could be improved as soup often spilled.

Delivery on time, food is warm on arrival, good variety, sometimes some dishes are slightly too salty but still delicious, will recommend to those staying in Sengkang and Punggol.

Good repeat customer

There is great variety of food provided. Used to be very salty. Not that salty now. Portion is sufficient, generous at times.

Food is good. Not salty and not many fried dishes thus my parents didn’t complain. Portion could be shared by 3 small-eaters.

I have make more than 5 times repeated order to this tingkat services. Food portion is more than enough, taste is also good. Hope it can keep maintain the standard.
