Delivery timely, we just started on fourth order, we can see improvements in dishes since initial order. A few of the dishes are our favorite.

There is a change in kitchen staff. The food is less salty than before but still tasty. However the portion is not as generous as before.
Respond to Watsapp query is not prompt like last time. Need to follow up then get response

We stayed with this caterer as they're sincere in providng food that is varied with home-cooked flavour. Overall our family is satisfied with most of the items on the menu.
The staff are responsive to feedback too.
Through the company's whatsapp, they do reply to my messages of feedback and queries as soon as they can. Recently, the caterer have changed the covers for the soups: from sealant type (like the ones bubble tea uses) to proper covers (like the covers food courts used to da bao soupy food). This is a wise and best improvement that Hewtop had made. Due to this improvement, the soups are always delivered fresh, no more sour soups, no spills and mess compared to when they just seal the top of the containers. Greatly appreciate this improvement to best serve your tingkat customers.

Bought many times with this caterer, soup and veg sometimes sour, customer service was prompt to rely via WhatsApp

The food was done well. Except the green veggie overcooked. Should include more curry items like chicken, sambal slice fish.

The food standard was quite consistent, but some dishes came with too much starchy gravy, hope they cut down using starchy gravy for a healthier diet.

Schedule delivery timing and food nice for elderly. Serving for 2 pax is just right. Not so salty to suit elderly.

I'm a regular customer and ordered multiple times from Hewtop. The delivery time for dinner is around 2.30pm-3pm which I consider a bit early, and the quality has dropped recently. The food and soup are getting oily and salty. I'll stop my order and hopefully they'll improve the quality.

Repeat order, the tingkat service is worth for money. Food variety and taste is pretty good too. Would recommend to others. foodline foodline

Cheap catering so I cannot say much. Food is usually cold upon arrival. Vegetables are zero effort one.
