The dishes was good initially. Subsequently it's getting bad and worst sometimes. The food quality standards is dropping and some of the dishes looks plain especially the veg.

On 2 occasions where the food served were much smaller portions than normal. Feedback to caterer and gotten a replacement dish as caterer admitted the smaller portions were served wrongly. However, the replacement dish had also failed to deliver on the first attempt, and this created a worst impression on the overall quality of service.

The food quality was okay but in all my years of ordering from caterers, i was shocked to see these two “dishes “!
These are not acceptable as dishes! The duck dish( which i dnt hv photo) was also hard to eat bec the meat was tough.

Great variety of dishes. Portion generous at times. Food taste not bad. There is improvement from the past. Delivery prompt.

Food was deliver quite late to my area, food portion is quite decent. If the delivery time can be improve then will be better.

Standard not maintained. No improvement . Vege portion is small for 2 . Yellowish and overcooked. Too many low cost food.

We have been ordering from Hewtop Catering Pte Ltd since last year and initially we were very satisfied with them. Granted there were minor hiccups but the staff were honest and did their best to correct the mistakes and so, we were happy to continue with them. However, due to a recent unforgiveable incident, we feel that they need acknowledge this. We look forward to giving them another five star review in the future. We are still your loyal customers, Hewtop.

Great variety of food. Delivery is prompt. Taste of food ok. With this caterer for many years. Food taste varies according to the chef they have

Food is decent. Delivery was done on time. On some days the food portion is too small . Hope they don't serve low quality processed food.

Multiple times soup came spilled, almost half soup gone sometimes nothing left. Have already told them multiple times and only received standard reply that they are sorry and will tell kitchen staff n delivery staff to be careful.
