Hewtop Catering Pte Ltd

Food quality and price meet the required expectations, will stick to caterer as long as they stay the same. Been using them for pass few years.

I am return a customer for the past 3 months. Customer service is good. Food and soup are nice. Thank you Hewtop.

Delivery longer then usual timing. But was informed through apps, that worker on leave. Good following up!

Food is ok, multiple times ordering from this company, found it to be the most value for money. Customer service is good

The food was always delivered punctually and satisfactorily served with 3 dishes and soup. Recommended.

Most of the dishes taste quite nice and generous portion. In general, food is not too salty, just nice. My family likes it!

Generally the dishes are acceptable. Initally we are worried about the food containers as they only carry symbol to indicate as Food-safe. I checked with the staff who ascertains them as microwaveable. This is important to our health because we need to heat up he food as they are delivered to my place rather early like 2.45pm!

Food not bad for the amount paid.
Just that the veggies can improve on variety like eh sweet potato leaves, baby kailan etc..

Repeated order from caterer. Hope to have less fried stuff in the menu. Recently, almost everyday have process food.

Unreliable and poor service. Food most of the time are cold, once the old cucumber soup got weird taste (sour) which we pour it away to avoid food poisoning. Delivery time starts getting later and later and worse driver didn’t arrived at all after we waited until 7pm ended up we have to buy our own dinner. Due to this incident (driver didn’t arrive to send the Tingkat) we decided to cancel our remaining 5 days immediately and ask for refund. Subscribe this Tingkat at your own risk, if possible avoid it at all cost.
