On one occasion, the food was delivered after 630pm and there is an NEA advice not to consume the food after 630pm. The dinner was ruined although caterer compensated for one day of dinner delivery, but the experience was negative. On the same incident, the portion of the dinner was kind of smaller than usual for 3 pax. Feedback to caterer but did not get an affirmation to upkeep the quantity of dinner supplied. Overall, there is room for improvement in terms of punctuality and quantity control. Quality of food maintain at an acceptable level at this price point.

Food was okay. Been ordering for a period of time already. Of course would like to see more new taste and varieties choice. More flavours of soups also. Still don’t have brown rice option! Thanks!!

This was my 4th month with Hewtop Catering for our family Dinner Delivery. The foods for the last month catering was nice and appetising to have for my family. It was neither salty nor sweet and the portion was sufficient for 3 pax and thus, we are now on our 5th month dinner ordering with Hewtop.

This is repeated order of many times. Generally satisfied with their dishes (good portions) and delivery.

The service offered by Tingkat is also top-notch. The delivery is prompt, and the food arrives hot and fresh. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they are always willing to accommodate special requests.
