Ordered the 20 day lunch package. Every meal has been enjoyable & of decent quality with sufficient variety. Best caterer so far after trying at least 5 different ones.

This is my first time ordering a Ting Kat service. I have a family of 4, 2 kids (2 and 7 yrs old). I ordered a 3 Dish + 1 Soup for 3 pax.

I didn't manage to take a good photo of the food, but the portion is good, taste isn't too salty. Service has been great. Price is probably one of the cheapest out there.

My only complain is that the food might have been prepared way too early. My family usually starts eating by 7pm (after fetching the kids from school and settle down for dinner), and sometimes the food has already turned bad. We asked the vendor whether can help us put inside a warmer bag (provided by us) and they agreed. However, the bag is still not enough to keep the food warm enough. My family and I have a few episodes of stomachaches and that's why we decided to stop ordering from this caterer.

Delivery is on time. Food is good and value for money. I am returned customer for the past 3 months. Thank you Seller.

Delivery was alway ahead of time.. food was above expectations most of the days.. food are always well packed and my kids love most of their food

Repeat order, the tingkat service is worth for money. Food variety and taste is pretty good too. Would recommend to others.

They have variety of dishes. There enough vegetables and protein. There different types of dishes to provide a balanced diet.

Food was generally ok but sometimes did not follow menu. Hope to have water cress and lotus root soup more often.

I always read reviews that say everything is good with this hewtop, how can that be?? These people sound more like "Promoters" to me. There are so many defects in their food and these people can't name a single one?? I doubt whether they had tried the dishes or just review for other commercial reasons.

1. The prawns are not fresh at best and rotten at worst
2. The vegetable got a very weird taste in them sometimes
3. Hewtop serve eggs more often and its likely you will get high cholesterol
4. They serve Pig trotters and bitter gourd which have no takers
5. Their food is very oily, comparable to kentucky fried chicken's oil, even economic rice stalls are very much healthier

So beware of those reviews which only say very good but no detailed description at all. I personally ordered many times and this review is my last and final one. I decided to buy from hawker centers from now on. At $5.50 per head, their food is better and healthier.

Food quality met our expectations as usual. The delivery time is always on the dot and for this contract month, never late ever. Tried the soup package and my family members enjoy the soup much and hope to try again the following month.

Food was okay. Been ordering for a period of time already. Of course would like to see more new taste and varieties choice. More flavours of soups also. Still don’t have brown rice option!
