Altogether, I have ordered from this caterer three (3) times and am planning to order again in the near future. The caterer is very responsive and service-oriented.

Economical and good variety. Repeated purchase. Sometimes the delivery was delayed. Overall satisfactory.

The food portion was generous for 3 pax. Will suggest to order 2 pax for 3 pax light eaters. Taste was acceptable.

I’m a soup person. So generally the soup were bland but not too bad; healthier choice probably. Just a little upset that some of the food had turned stale by the time I reached home for work. Probably more suitable for those that is always working from home and not really for those that who needs to still go back to the office

Food are good. Portion most of the time is enough for 2pax. Have order more than 2 rounds of 20days package and will continue if the food standard maintain. Food normally reach between 430-530pm for my area.

Repeated order. Good mix and consistent on the rotation of dishes througout the cycle with quality and cost are maintained

Hewtop Catering continued to provide good and reliable tingkat service. Food was value for money. Dishes were tasty and yet quite healthy without too much oil or salt. We like especially the soup provided. My family decided to continue with the same caterer fort 20-day tingat delivery.

The service delivery timing mainly surprised us as the dinner dishes reach us by about 2.15 to 2.30pm each day. It would have been much more convenient for us to have the food delivered at a later hour. But the food boxes reach us in good clean condition, not squashed or anything. We like the boxes/quality.

Food taste is good, better than another caterer we tried. We enjoyed the fact that Hewtop offers pork dishes, their soups are not diluted and taste generally quite good.

Good service as they will accept feedbacks and make possible changes. Like their flexibility on food days (I ordered 3 days) and they also accept postpone of 2 food days. Love their prawn dishes as they used fresh large prawns. Need to improve on their veg cooking style - Need more styles. Else always same taste.
