Nothing much to comment. Every dishes tast almost the same daily.Brings back my memory when i was serving my basic army training in the 90s.

Caterer is one of the cheapest, food amount is fair and the variety is different everyday. Will give 4 stars as I previously ordered from them but towards the end of the service, was given cheap fish balls and on the last day received two vegetables instead of two meat dishes. Got one time the chicken dish was full of chicken skins and the veges contain those metal scrub threads. Think they need to be careful when preparing the packages

It was very disappointing compared to my earlier tingkat meals.
Though ordered through Hewtop, but daily delivered in Kim's Catering yellow plastic bag (affiliated).
Practically, throughout the 20 day period, only 1 meat protein (mostly chicken yet barely sufficient)+2 vegetable dishes. The chicken cut meat were so much trimmed down, even 2 pcs chicken bishop's nose were included, with many chicken skins to bulk up the container, which ultimately binned away.
The cereal chicken cubes were hard. coarse, and slightly charred due to refryxxx/recycle, difficult to swallow. After one take, the whole dish binned away.
Most days main dishes not daily fresh cooked.
Even the meat cuts in soup were similarly trimmed down.
Incidentally, ☝️found a small fragmented piece of Styrofoam in the vegetable dish. Daily vegetable dish simply fried is mostly wong bok or xiao bai chye (usually wilted, yellow dehydrated) often binned away.
Daily Need to buy additional dishes from mixed rice stall. Hence this tingkat doesn't solve my daily meal.
It's really sic, so much so drives me out of FoodLine tingkat!

We ordered the 5 days dinner trial. 1 out of 3 sides (usually veggies) have turned sour on 4 out of 5 days. Especially on the 1st day, the spinach we got was yellowish in appearance. Throughout the 5 days trial, we received the food on time and consumed them within an hour.

We texted the caterer after the second day to complain and was given the reply that they would inform their kitchen. However, the dishes we received after that were still sour. We did not further contact them as we tried to keep our faith till the last order. We hoped that as it cross to another week for the 4th and final day, things would turn better.

It did not.

Turns out both my spouse and I started having weak bowels / diarrhea eventually.

Not returning.

Not recommended. Sometimes both meal same dishes. Send meal too early. 8 plus in the morning and 2plus in the afternoon. Food tastes terrible. Will never order again.

Food dishes were repeated quite often and very similar even if it is different. Will be good if there are more varieties. Food taste is very average, portion is sufficient.

Hit and miss.. sometimes decent sometimes off. a few repetitive dishes too. delivery timing to tampines is ok. and uses metal tingkat so quite environmentally friendly.

Found snail in dish on 1 occasion and got moldy vegetables on another occasion. Food quality is getting from bad to worse.

Food lid didn’t close tight in most of the time. Uncle already deliver on time and is courteous. Not salty and not oily. Portion acceptable.

The fried fish tend to be coated with lots of flour and not much fish within. The rice tends to be cooked until soggy and too lumpy at times.
