This is my 28th order from Hewtop. Actually, food quality and variety is ok for me but this cycle still same as last time, certain day the dishes the gravy are too much potato starch, and this make the dish become like glue. So this part must get improve.

Been ordering from hewtop for long time... I have the say its quite impressive. Price good, food ok. No msg. Not v oily. My mother in law loves it.. I will keep using

It was decent for a season, although some days are better than others. Not so good with leafy vegetables.
Would love to continue but the most recent meal was disappointing - To be served sausages as a dish (!?), when the menu stated it's Mixed Seafood Bean curd. The sesame chicken was bony. Soup should just change to be fish cake/ball soup.

The delivery was timely and the food was handled well. The varied daily menu was appetising for my mother.

The tingkat dinner was served on time. The food is tasty usually and value for money except scrambled eggs sometime quite soft wondering why did not cool fried eggs instead. We have not yet tasted mutton or beef or liver. It will be good to have these dishes occasionally.

Repeated order. Food is generally tasty and portion is enough. Responsible vendor and will look out for elderly.

Dishes are generally ok, other than too much starch used especially for stir-fry pork dishes, making them all clumped together. But this caterer provides value for money tingkat - it's the most reasonably priced tingkat caterer on Foodline. Environment friendly too, tingkat tiffins are used instead of microwave containers. Great customer service too!

Food variety is good and food is nice and quantity is just nice. Prompt delivery everyday and never miss any delivery so far.

Maybe can consider having more single item options like hokkien mee, hor fun, chicken rice etc. Overall the dishes are acceptable.

Repeat order for past 2 to 3 years . Price used to be cheaper when they are not gst registered. However their price still lowest
