Hewtop Catering Pte Ltd

Good Value for the money $$$. but vegetables not feel fresh, maybe not wash clean enough.............

Very decent servings . Food taste is average . Customer service is okay . Have made repeat orders for past few months .

Food was delivered on time and in good state. Traditional Chinese lunch for two persons and repeat customer.

So far my mum didn't complain about the food and it always delivers on time. We have been ordering from Hewtop and its service is satisfactory.

Food was okay. Been ordering for a period of time already. Of course would like to see more new taste and varieties choice. More flavours of soups also. Still don’t have brown rice option!

Food standard drop. Vegetables werent fresh. It used to be of better standard. Portion got lesser too.

I like the soups, and most dishes, taste is ok. If the veg is fresher will be good, some veg or long bean turns yellow. Soups were previously packed in container and sealed. Now it is in plastic bag and put in the container. Have to untie or cut plastic bag and pour, hence prefer previous packing. The prawns are delicious, but a bit troublesome to deshell and remove intestines before heating up to eat, esp when I am in a rush for a short lunch.

Have been renewing with this caterer for a few rounds. So far been quite happy with them. Like their soup most as compared to other caterers that I've been with.

Food is pretty good in terms of taste and there’s usually a decent variety. Portions are enough but sometimes inconsistent.

Overall, their dishes are acceptable. For example of their prawn dishes, they do not use frozen prawns, i like. No of days of tingkat is very flexible (i opt for 3 days/week which i preferred) and able to accept cancellation if we require.
