Second time ordering, this time a 20-day order.

Variety is good.

I have started making special requests on specific items that I do not want, like Tau Kee, Tau Pok or Tau Kwa.

Food was very good. Mother in law eat for at least 3yrs. Stable n highly recommended. She get upset if no food.

The food is pretty much standard and typical. The spicy minced pork is nice and only had it once. The pre-fried items are almost the same every other day. The veggies are between not-too-bad to okok

Portion is generous. sometimes the food arrived at 3pm. If I work from home, I can still heat it up to extend its shelf life. There was a time the vege was extremely salty but improved a lot after feedback given.

Although the food quality is highly variable, I would rate Hewtop very highly for excellent customer service.

Hewtop is best in value, variety and reliability. food gets delivered fresh and delicious and the delivery uncle comes at exactly the same time daily. had been with hewtop for afew years and the quantity and quality remains good.

Never worry about where to or what for dinner ever. Reliable and dependable tingkat caterer. Good service!

Food always up to standard, deliver was on time. Menu quite comprehensive, have been with them for many years.

I was on the verge of not renewing tingkat order with HewTop Catering after enduring 3 months of lousy food - got 3 days in a week canned sardine (not even effort to cook it), deep fried spring roll, samosa, chicken wings..... besides giving me pork which I indicated I don't want pork. There was vast improvement in the quality of food and portion about a week before my order expires. Back to the home cooked food in the past. This makes me continue order with HewTop Catering. I had been ordering from this caterer for years

Mother in law like the food alot. Always order. Simple and enough for old ppl. Although they do have process food but not all the time
