Food is basically ok but must add more green vegetables. Portion enough for 2 pax. Customer service is good.

On one of the day, the egg dish was already sour by 630pm. The rest was decent. Portion was enough for 2pax.

Overall the food was acceptable. Have been ordering for quite sometime. The quantity has been reduced as compared with previous orders. Not sure if its food cost that is going up. The assam fish was not fresh. It very lumpy and super soft.

Foods were ok at the price. Order for 6 were just enough. Most meat especially pork were a bit hard for the elderly. All delivery so far 25 days were all within the specified time. Will order again

Price is good, food taste alright, nothing much to complain of.
Hope the standard can be better or at least stay consistent.
Been ordering for 2 x already for 20 days meals.
Just that dinner delivery was early.. will receive everyday at about 2pm.

The food is not warm when arrive plus vege dishes tends to spoil. The 4th dish always simple nuggets or sausage or luncheon meat etc etc..... very cheapo

Food variety is ok. However the scrambled eggs sometimes are quite runny, my family prefer them to be cooked longer. The braised peanuts are not soft enough, the fried peanuts which are cooked with fried ikan bilis are not crispy. They are kind & nice to provide rice & soup sometimes for my old parents. Very thankful for that.

Ordered lunch tingkat for my MIL who is home alone most days and too ill to cook for herself. She doesn't take prawns and spicy food, Hewtop was able to accommodate. Delivery is usually very prompt. My MIL is a small eater so in general she finds the portions generous.
