Portion is just nice for 2 Pax. Might want to work on less salt input. Best is to take out the fried finger food as a dish and input vegs instead. Taste wise is not like local food but more towards China's culinary style.

Not many ingredient inside the soup, at times only seaweed. Food portion getting lesser & lesser, which is not enough for guys. Mostly meat dish will have more bones than meat.

Simple food, taste wise it is slightly above average. Have been using them a year plus now, menu relatively fresh, eg not super repetitive. Except for the occasional prawn, not a lot of 'better' ingredients, eg like fish (fish nuggets doesn't count).

Food is delivered at 3pm for dinner. Mostly dishes are convenient fried food. There can be 2 or 3 fried dishes in a meal. Portions are big on certain days and sufficient on some days. We are not fussy with food.. but.. we were counting down on when the 20 day package will end.

Delivery timing for food is inconsistent. We never really know what time the food will arrive compared to other caterers who have a fixed timing. Customer service was lacking as the person did not respond when I enquired about the delivery timing of the tingkat compared to other tingkats who will automatically inform us if the food will arrive later than expected. Food was relatively ok but will not re-order.

First time try this caterer.... Overall not bad ! Delivery time before 11am .
However the dishes not suitable for my kids.

Food came spill and caused a mess.
Feedback to the team, and next day came spilled again..
Food wise was ok but to be honest, just edible, nothing special …

Average food. but container for soup is in plastic bowl that is very hard to open and should be more green earth friendly

We return to try again tp compare with others. And true enough its was bad, slighty cheapee but dish is tasteless.

Quality seems to have gone down alot lately, more and more process food appearing. Delivery getting worst, few times the soup leak filling the plastic bag, even drip on my floor once. Standard is definitely dropping but the price increased with added GST. Might consider other catering service even if i might have to pay more if standards keep going lower.
