Good and decent food, the quality is improving and delivery timing is acceptable. I like the variety of the menu, enough to share and taste nice.

Has been a customer of caterer for a number of years. Like that it does not collect transport fees and it is pretty flexible. Quality of food deteriorated slightly probably due to inflation and increased food prices.

Repeated purchases. The tastes of the dishes are good. However some of them are not dishes, just like snacks. And some of them are repeated several times in a month. The rice is hard sometimes.

My family like the tingkat dinner from Hewtop. The 4th dish is usually some fried finger food, which kids like. The portions are good, and well packed, which I appreciate very much. Always had problem with other caterers where the food arrived spilled and messy, but not with Hewtop. Had just renewed another package with them.

Food was okay. Been ordering for a period of time already. Of course would like to see more new taste and varieties choice. More flavours of soups also. Still don’t have brown rice option! Thanks!!

Was satisfied with the trial so now trying 20 days... some days the veggies tasted sour which we suspect is vinegar but recently improved alot

Certain dishes repeat quite often. The portions are generous and soup is nice. More variety would be better, prefers vegetable dishes without much gravy.
