Hewtop Catering Pte Ltd

Great customer service from Hew Top Catering !
My 4th repeat order from this catering. Portion big enough for 2 adults and a toddler. Highly recommend.

Repeated order - Acceptable variety, good service and value for money. Food tastes good as well. Will recommend to others.

The meals came late and everytime the vege dish will smell bad and totally not fresh and cannot eat at all, i had throw for many dishes and just wasted.

I had remarks no spicy when place the order, but its will came with spicy and chilli dishes for few times, and i had to throw away again.

Totally not recommend.

The food was healthy, mostly steamed items but my boy find them too bland, maybe not too attractive for children.

Repeated purchase for many times already. Standard of food has mostly maintained its level with prompt service.

Food definitely has room for improvement, but at this price point, I would say it's very very good. We liked it so much we signed up for another month since our helper is away for 2 months.

Portion is very generous. Enough for 2A1C.

Delivery aunty is super friendly but sadly she's always rushing off so we could barely exchange just a few sentences each day.

Do note though, that for Bukit Panjang area, the delivery timing is approx 2.30-3pm which is clearly, way too early for dinner. As per the company's instructions/recommendations, you should put the food in the fridge first, and heat it up just before dinner time. For us, there's always someone at home so we can do so. However, for households with noone home till ~7pm, I would think the food might have gone bad by then.

Overall, highly highly recommended, but only if you have someone home to refrigerate the food upon delivery.

Happy with variety, quality and quantity. Delivery time is consistent too with friendly service from Mr Tay.

Taste suit our taste bud and portion is OK, delivery time for dinner is acceptable. Hope to have more varieties dish.

I ordered for the 20 days package. The food was relatively good as compared with the price. However, I really liked their service as you would have a direct message line with the vendor.
