Overall the menu is worth the money. For the price, there’s nothing to complain about. The customer service is also responsive but need to give them some time to reply. They accede to our request and take it positively to our feedbacks. Renewed with them after our first order with them. Keep up the good work!

The food and service was good and up to expectations. Food is delivered very early in the morning somehow - 9.30 am sometimes, but warm and good, just that it will be good if after 10 am. But early is better than late, I suppose. Good choice for two persons tingkat.

The food is nice and tasty and many varieties. There are many good food and ample enough for the whole family.

I have ordered from the caterer many times. The delivery was rather timely and the food are all right.

I ordered from Hewtop their 20 days lunch tingkat for 1 pax with 1 pax white rice for my mom. And she enjoyed the food delivered even though lunch came quite early before lunchtime.

Food selections were satisfactory most of the time. It's home-cooked food dishes and it was value for money for the taste was good and presentation in disposables container was acceptable.

For the most part, the dishes were varied and offered variety but because we ordered both lunch and dinner tingkat from Hewtop, the same caterer, they served the same vegetable dish for both lunch and dinner. This was done repeatedly even though we highlighted to the caterer to get the kitchen to send different dishes for lunch and dinner. But this is just a small matter.

Overall we are satisfied with the food and will go back to them for tingkat service again.

Good quality ingredient, food is tasty, portion is more than enough. Very happy overall, and renewed my order.

My regular tingkat caterer for past 2 years or more . Their pricing is one of the lowest I can find online and the dishes are acceptable quality and quality. We are not fussy eater.

Delivery prompt timing. Delicious food and tasty. Big portion enought for my family for lunch. Nice food.

Food delivered usually around late morning to early afternoon timing, depends on area, so usually get to eat lunch on time. Vegetable dishes sometimes repeat but meat dishes are usually different, good variety. Corns and Peas and braised peanuts not really considered a dish, should replace with others if possible but overall food is good and value for money.

Food variety is good and food is nice and quantity is just nice. Prompt delivery everyday and never miss any delivery so far.
