This is the only caterer who uses real Tingkat to deliver meal. Very environmentally friendly. Food is generally OK with generous portion. Occasionally, vegetables are overcooked.

Very disappointed with it. I could walk for another 15mins to buy directly from mix rice stall. The egg cook as if it is a mash potato. 4 out of 15 times the vegetables had a bad smell which you would vomit directly.

Dishes are delicious and of wide range of variety. Delivery is usually on time. Repeat order. Highly recommended.

The food variety & taste are good, and the portion is generous. Overall, food quality was decent.

The variety of food is ok and the dishes are not too oily or salty. The soup is tasty. The delivery time is a bit too early though, before 10am for lunch time.

The food standard is consistent recently but the delivery is still late...reaches around 6.30-6.45pm

Fifth time ordering their tingkat and I think they still deserve high scores in general despite having a couple of days with vegetables turning bad due to the black fungus added into those dishes and a blunder in their service on one occasion. However, this is very rare and they did excellent service recovery to make up for it. Highly recommended, if you are into generous portions of healthy food i.e. less oil and salt, like me.

Great variety, very nice soup, good service and value for money. Food tastes good as well. Highly recommended.

The food was fresh and very delicious. The cereal dishes are extremely yummy. Soup also contains meat which is a plus point.

Leafy vegetable was yellow on most days and we just have to threw it away. this is the 1st time i have threw most food as compare to any other vendor, soup portion was small as well. Given feedback but only for 1 replacement so far. Disappointed. foodline
